SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Under normal circumstances ring production takes 4-5 weeks. During the current pandemic some rings have taken longer. We will advise you as best we can on production times at time of order but we cannot be responsible for delays outside of our control.
At Bespoke Wedding Rings we understand that a wedding ring is a special piece of jewellery bought to mark an incredibly important occasion.
We therefore send all rings in the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is insured, and guaranteed next working day and requires a signature on receipt. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, but it is 95% successful. If you are not available at home, a card will be put through your door and you can collect the package from your local holding depot or re-arrange delivery.
Orders sent to a work address or different from the billing address are done so at the customer’s own risk as deliveries can be accepted by work colleges or associates and are relied upon to pass the parcel to the addressee.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail such as striking or severe weather.
Rings will be dispatched in a quality presentation box. Pairs of rings in a double presentation box. Please note, your invoice will be sent via email to avoid unnecessary printing at the cost of the environment.
Because we sell bespoke items which are made to order at the customer’s request and according to your specifications, it is very important that you read our Terms & Conditions which we hope are clear and easy to understand.
