HOW TO PURCHASE
Once you have chosen the rings you like please add them to your favourites list with any comments.
If you can’t see the style of ring that you like but have a picture or screen shot please send that to us.
Once we have received your information we will e mail you back a quote.
In order to provide as accurate a quote as possible can you please provide us with as much of the following information as you can. If there are things you don’t know please choose the don’t know option on the drop down menu.
Your finger sizes
UK finger sizes run from A to Z+6. We can also make rings in the half sizes.
If you know your size on another scale please let us know as we can usually work out the UK equivalent
If you don’t know your size we can still send you a quote, It may change slightly when we confirm your finger size but it will be close and we can send you a free ring sizer in the post
Choosing your metal
GOLD
The choices are white yellow or rose gold in 9ct, 18ct and 22ct are the UK purities
14ct is popular abroad and may be possible by special order
PLATINUM
PALLADIUM
Palladium 950 and Palladium 500
Palladium is similar to platinum but with a slight gun metal grey colour. Having 2 grades of Palladium allows us to offer it in 2 price ranges
SILVER
Silver 925 is available this can be Rhodium plated if required
If you would like to proceed once you receive your quote we will send you an invoice through Pay Pal. The deposit payment is 50% upon receipt of which your rings are put into production.
Please allow up to 5 weeks for your rings to be made. They are all hand crafted in London and have to be sent away to the Government Assay office to be hall marked as a guarantee of quality.
Once your rings are complete we will contact you and upon receipt of the outstanding balance they will be despatched to you by Royal Mail special delivery, a next day signed for service that also provides insurance cover whilst in transit.
